Seven Stews for Flu Season

A few days ago I wrote this post about electrolytes—what they are, why you need them, and in which foods you can find them.


Here I wanted to make that information one step more applicable, so I collected some comforting, nourishing recipes that are particularly rich in electrolytes. Electrolytes play a huge role in hydration, and they are easily depleted by common flu symptoms. Providing the body with a diverse balance of dietary electrolytes makes for a resilient immune system.
