Seasonal Eating: November — 30 days, 30 dishes

Today was the first day of the season that I could still see my breath outside at 9AM—we are definitely deeply into Autumn here in Oregon.


According to the Seasonal Food Guide, there are no new foods that come into season here in November. Everything is beginning to tuck itself in for the winter—myself included, and I am looking forward to cooking up some comforting, nourishing fall dishes this month! For your monthly culinary inspiration, I found 30 healthy recipes (desserts included!) which feature the foods that end their harvest seasons in many places in November.
